We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
UK and EU customers must arrange for the return delivery and pay return postage/ import costs. Alternatively for UK customers we will cover the return postage to offer you store credit for your order if you choose this instead of a refund. If the item is faulty or wrong we will also cover the return postage costs for UK and EU orders.
To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@iconbrand.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll instruction you on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Duties & Taxes
While we ship to the EU, please be aware that orders may be subject to customs or import duties once the order reaches its country destination. We do not cover the cost of import duties and taxes. As import duties and taxes vary in different countries we recommend you contact your local customs office for more information on duty, import & customs information before purchasing if you are unsure on charges.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like earrings, piercings, or custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Please Note: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us at customerservice@thebrandstable.co.uk to arrange to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will send the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and update you on the progress of the refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
